Just to make sure I'm following: injecting yourself with something medically proven, over the course of centuries, to safeguard against and prevent the spread of deadly diseases is bad for you. But injecting yourself with some random crap from China that may or may not even contain what the wellness influencers claim it does, that these people can't explain what it's supposed to do, is literally the best thing ever. American history class quickly rushed past (or skipped outright) everything after the Civil War to get to WWI, the Great Depression pretty much just as a leadup to WWII, WWII for like two months, then a little bit of the Civil Rights movement.
