  • It's been a while but if I remember correctly you have to unsnap the grill that's wrapped most of the way around the speaker using a spudger, and then the rest is pretty easy and I think mostly screws.

  • Same with my flip 3 or 4, I replaced the battery but it's been good!

  • My last pair tore in just a few months of offiice work, I'm not buying vans anymore.

  • I'm fully ready to push back (heck I don't have a choice, since my devices don't support this shit), however it's troublesome that most of the population doesn't care because pushing back is inconvenient. I think being a corporate & government slave is more inconvenient, but a lot of people can't connect the dots or see where society is going

  • I'm not a fan of some likely-AI-driven nonsense "checking in" on me before operating anything I own. There could be a case to be made implementing such a thing for people who have a record though.
