You either have to opt for convenience or privacy/preformance/security. You can't have all things at once.You either put in the time and effort, or you don't even want to think about what an OS is. It's a choice.
You're right but I think that's a good thingI don't think we really want Linux to be used my everybody. This higher barrier filters out some dummies which which will be only trouble and no benefit to the community. It's called tactical friction or something like this.
Lamborghini is a car brand focused on creating cars that perform and last in history.It's not even my favorite brand, but it's still legendary. They don't want to make half assed shit like ferrari, just for profits.Kudos to them. They know their goals and limits. Nobody is even interested in seeing an EV Lamborghini.
