@MagneticFusion agreed with other posters, anything that is not nickname_oddnumers@something.whatever is a significant improvement, and, added value, custom vanity domain makes it even better, go for it!
@ruud@WhoRoger I started to follow lemmy.world from mastodon pretty much at the same time it was launched when lemmy.ml became overwhelmed with loads of users, happy to be here
