  • This series started as an [adultswim] short called Scavengers. "Reign" was added afterward to make it distinct from what was effectively the pilot, which had a more minimalist approach but featured the same themes that were featured throughout the series.

    Loved both. Definitely recommend the Scavengers pilot AFTER the main series Scavengers Reign though.
