  • That's why I stick with contoso and fabrikam.

  • I prefer the Limp Bizkit version - said no one ever

  • Y'know what, I can't bring up my kids in a church whose authority system is based entirely on the size of fuckin' hats, okay? That's apparently how the Catholic church is run. The bigger the hat, the more important the guy, right?! Priests have no hats, Cardinals have those little red beanies, the Pope has a collection of big hats. God must have a huge fuckin' sombrero up there in heaven, huh? "Look at me, I'm God! Look at the size of my hat, who else would I be?!" "I don't know, lead singer of Los Lobos? I don't know! You tell me!"

  • When I was cis, white, male, Christian, straight, and childless, I lived in Addison. Because that's where the bars and women were at. Although I met my wife in Denton, so maybe I have no idea what I'm talking about.

But I see absolutely no reason to live in Richardson unless you work in Dallas and don't want to commute above PGBT. And are willing to deal with shit infrastructure, crap schools, and southern Garland slowly leaking your way.

  • Yeah but the ending was a real cop out

  • They had Richardson TX listed on there and mentioned how great their schools are. The top high school there is ranked #441 in Texas by US News. In Texas! As someone who moved from Texas to New England, I can safely say Texas schools are horrible.

  • Sweet girl. I bet you it felt good on her joints. And she honestly looks great for her age. She must have a loving family :)

  • Now I can't unsee that

  • I knew about the US version of Bake Off, and heard it was bad. Didn't know about the others. I'll definitely check them out.

Side note, I watched Junior Bake Off my 10 year old daughter. We both ended up loving it. It wasn't just geared towards kids. It was enjoyable as an adult too.

  • I remember watching the first episode and I got kind of put off by the premise where they had different advantages and disadvantages given. It felt like it took away from the competition and made it more luck based. Maybe I'll give it a couple more episodes. Thanks

  • I think I've seen it on streaming before. I'll give it a go. Thanks

  • This is another great one. I think they uploaded pretty much the entire series to YouTube too.

  • I love Taskmaster! It is a great rewatch show too. I notice.new things every time.

Looking Skill Based Competition Shows Without Drama

  • Welcome to my world. My son has been like this since he was old enough to crawl and figured out he could bypass the cabinet locks by yanking really hard on them. So we had to buy magnetic child locks for everything. I tried a U type lock between cabinet doors once and he figured out he could unscrew the damn knob. Fast forward to today where I have RFID locks on the cabinets in my office, and the only fobs for them are in my desk which has a biometric lock on it.

As others mentioned pen testing is huge. My son found a way to connect his Chromebook at school to every printer and started printing things all over campus. The IT department still hasn't figured out how he was able to do it.

It certainly has kept me on my toes. It's like a game of cat and mouse now. He breaks in, I improve the security and on and on. I've honestly thought about getting certified in alarm installation and starting a business with him.

    Fun times!

  • I really wish a platform would come out with a "I like this song, but not so much that I want to hear it everyday, maybe play it once a month or so" button

  • No thanks. I already watched it explode live in my kindergarten class.
