Running with music or podcasts has been great for me! To each their own. No guilt here for doing cardio and making it more bearable! Any movement is a win

You could certainly make up the electrolytes and minerals in other ways (drinking distilled water may even increase appetites for those types of foods). Still, drinking a liquid that leeches minerals out of the tissue around it isn’t healthy
Unfortunately, I think many kids could easily approach AI the same way older generations thought of math, calculators, and the infamous “you won’t have a calculator with you everywhere.” If I was a kid today and I knew I didn’t have to know everything because I could just look it up, instantly; I too would become quite lazy. Even if the AI now can’t do it, they are smart enough to know AI in 10 years will. I’m not saying this is right, but I see how many kids would end up there.
I believe lawsuits like this are purposefully manufactured to try and elevate this narrative. She certainly wants the world to operate like what you bring up. The more stories like this pop-up, the more conservative parents will be scared and push for legislation.
Free market trade has existed and changed shape throughout most of human history. Advice with how to deal with it is in the Old Testament. how often or consistent it revolved around a common currency is/was constantly changing, though

I agree, I worked for Catholics for a few years and there are so many people just itching for a new pope to reverse ideologies so they can be more mad and racist and judgy and be justified for it. Not all, but many.

It is still healthier than the damage sugar does to your metabolism. Sugar in its modern form doesn’t really serve a great purpose and basically only introduces inflammation. Sweeteners can get around this but I believe evidence supports that the “sweet” feeling still illicits some sort of physiological response with the metabolism. Still, it’s better to get only natural sugars in our food and use a light sweetener to help replace sugar.
Over the years I’ve discovered I only like certain brands of stevia based flavor squirts. When I tried powderized stevia, I found the major brands used gross filler and had a bad aftertaste. Even Stevia in the Raw still has an organic option that uses sugar to bond the powder instead of the filler.
I think it takes a lot of discovery and exploration. Sometimes, it also requires some Stockholm syndrome to finish whatever supply you wasted money on lol
It has its up and downs. The show goes off the rocker sometimes and that’s somewhat interesting. Over the seasons, they chill out and become more of a straightforward Star Trek, for better or worse
I know nothing technical to help you. But this guy’s YouTube video goes over random shit about using different computers. I believe he uses thunderbolt 4 to connect the systems, though. Plenty of other material on YouTube, as well.
