  • Hi! Im glad you like it! Its funny because yesterday i harvested our beets for winter, spent whole day cooking and preserving them in jars and with leftovers i will make some soup today! Cant wait.

  • Once I made it with buttermilk it was good too and I think I read some recipe where plain thinned yoghurt was used. Hope I did not offended fellow Lithuanians here with this recomendation hehe.
