  • No feathers?

  • Exactly. There are a ton of games on my wishlist, so I'll just wait and wait and wait.

Both fallout 3, Skyrim, and fallout 4 have hit the $5 USD price point.. it's just a matter of time

  • Bum guns!

  • Believe it or not: ublock origin

You can still use the command line policy overrides to use manifest v2 add-ons

  • I'll eat whatever cut the butcher has on sale! Every meal a surprise!

  • I'm waiting for the $5 usd sale, I might be waiting a very long time

  • If you go to a sauna daily for 10-20m, you will soon find yourself sweating much less overall. As your body adapts to heat it gets much better at it. You have to train heat adaptation

  • It's almost ready for daily driving! I didn't realize how good it had gotten

  • If the cake is the only bad thing you are going to eat then one sitting probably is healthier then spreading it out.

  • Energy Independence for countries means hydrogen is going to become a staple in the future. China classically does not have access to oil. China has huge needs for transportable energy. China has a lot of renewable energy available, converting that excess energy capacity into portable hydrogen just makes sense

I hate to say it, but portable batteries are not actually a eco-friendly renewable resource. They're consumable filled with rare Earth metals with poor recycling capabilities. China trying to monopolize this knows this better than everybody else

  • It's not just chicken and broccoli, a entire world of food is available!

you can build real food using all the proteins, all the veggies, and spices!

  • Life just keeps on keeping on!

  • They did this to me as well, they didn't clarify in DM either... So I removed all my previous content from the community and blocked it.

  • Depends on your goals:

setup surveillance stations around the world to record history?

Take back a encyclopedia to ancient Egypt?

Setup your own idyllic getaway island?

The right knowledge at the right time could have huge impact on a developing society

  • Why not require all batteries be placed in a fire proof bag for the flight? If the bags are too expensive the airline can provide them

  • And when you do eat, how do you stop? Because my brain knows there’s more food in the kitchen. It also knows how to make more food. And it’s going to go in there. It’s exhausting to have to say no every second of every day to a brain that’s a toddler.

Going keto can remove the food noise, which could make it easier to make sustainable changes to your nutrition.

  • Cico is vacuously true.

    https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/vacuously

Showing a lack of thought or intelligence; vacant.

Surprisingly, I agree with you! CICO is lacking in thought and intelligence when applied to human metabolism.

The second law of thermodynamics requires a closed system, humans are famously open what with their breathing, eating, pooping, and peeing.

CICO is like saying cars without fuel don't move, so if overfill the tank you should park your car. It misses the point, and that is the hormonal drivers in human fat mobilization.

Sugar/Carbs drive blood glucose, which drives blood insulin, which shuts down fat mobilization. Yes, you can lose weight eating only sugar, but it's making the entire process more difficult then it needs to be.
