  • That's the problem. No one wants to test Ai like that. Just dive right in and use it, I'm sure it's great!

  • I only knew because of Airplane! Pretty sure it's one of the places Ted Striker mentions when talking about their bombing mission the next day. He can't say when they leave, though - it's classified.

  • I've never ridden a folding bike, other than the Blaupunkt ebikes we have in the shop. I don't commute by bike though, which I assume is the primary market for folding bikes.

  • It's the episode where Lisa gets sick! She's in deep digerioo. Or however you spell that.

She cheats on a test, giving the school it's first passing grade, then they trick her into confessing, but it's not the real comptroller!

  • Yeah, of course she's a medical professional, not really a command officer, so it's not surprising. She did okay though.

  • This is stupid. No one would care that he fell over while a bunch of people were pushing him out of there. It's pretty easy to get tripped up in a situation like that.

But of course, Trump has to make sure everyone knows he didn't fall. What an ego.

  • Not one of my favorite episodes, but it did have some good character moments.

Why don't we argue Troi's decision to put power to that engineering panel instead of saving the saucer section, like we do about Tuvix?

  • Dad is a cyclist. So rare in the comics.

  • I played with a knockoff one time at a computer show and sale (hah, remember those?!). I didn't feel like I'd use it enough, so I didn't buy it. Now I'm kind of curious. I wonder if I can pick up one cheap to play with. Might be the kind of thing I find uses for after buying it (I'm a photographer so it might be helpful while editing).

  • Spoke wrench with you? I haven't needed one of those yet. Chain breaker, on the other hand...

  • We feed one of ours cheese puffs. He loves them!

  • I don't really game, so PA doesn't usually connect with me.

But "Greater Internet Fuckwad Theory" should be required reading in schools. And I love the original iPod VS cd player comics: "Yeah but the iPod doesn't skip!" "Neither does my cd player, it's cushioned by about $280 in cash!" (paraphrased)

Edit - I often find myself thinking, "I don't know what to do with that information" pretty frequently, but I rarely can say it out loud.

Most of them, I just have no idea what they are talking about, so I don't read it regularly.

  • Still hoping for a team in DC. I bet our group of Caps fans would be interested in these, too.

  • Ah this leads to a spoof of The Fugitive, as Homer evades a sliding van. I forget the larger context though.

  • He's some kind of edge lord troll. Check out his other comments in this post.

  • Futurama was right: DON'T DATE ROBOTS!

  • Every time someone mentioned any brand name on reddit, some idiot screeched "r/hailcorporate", like it was some kind of gotcha. I wonder if the guy here on Lemmy that was removing artists' signatures from comics was one of them.

Someone would ask for advice, you'd say, I had a good experience with this item, and the "r/hailcorprate" shills would show up.

  • Maybe he had a steaming hot bowl of spicy chili that night.
