  • Some classics are Conan by Howard, Michael Moorcock's Elric books and Fritz Leiber's "Swords" books. I really like Dune as well (but that's sci fi I guess). Have fun with Discworld!

  • Blood tests. I guess it is understandable from an emotional viewpoint but it is certainly not logical. I also can't watch scenes in movies where they inject drugs. Eeeeh!!!!

  • For my own allowance, it might have been a space shooter, Bosconian, on the C64. I must have been 12. The game was pretty bad unfortunately.

  • I'm not German but would absolutely recommend Babylon Berlin!

  • Nice! Please walk us through the dishes and drinks?

  • The time when when you could trust the US to honour alliances and agreements is obviously over anyway. Better to find other trading partners!

  • That hamburgers were called "handburgers" because you hold them with your hand when you eat.

  • Ideologies such as social liberalism and democratic socialism are often regarded as in between extreme left and extreme right positions. There are many other positions of course such as centre-right and various "green" and religiously motivated positions. They could also often fit somewhere in between on a conventional right-left spectrum. This of course varies a lot between countries and political systems.

  • Very minimalistic routine 2-4 days a week. Alternating between A: squats + chins, and B: deadlift + dumbbell overhead press. 3 sets for everything except deadlift which is 1 set. When I hit 10 reps per set I add weight.

  • I try to spend time in nature. Walk around. Sit on a rock. Look at small things. Close my eyes and listen, smell, feel. Go home. Take a shower. Eat something uncomplicated but reasonable (oatmeal + eggs (optional) + fruit (optional)). Go to bed early (not optional). Feel what feels like to be tired. Sleep.

  • Looks like something I would absolutely love! Beautiful!

  • My favourite is the Munch museum in Oslo. It is a fairly new (at least in a new building), very modern museum with Munch's fantastic art. The most famous version of The Scream is however at the National Museum but that is just a short walk away. The National Museum also has other great collections of course. Fantastic medieval art.

For most of my life I was not at all interested in art museums but now I love visiting them.

  • Go for the eyes Boo, go for the eyes!

  • I think this is a great question. Even if there is a misunderstanding hidden in there somewhere it looks like the kind of question that could produce very informative and interesting answers from someone with knowledge in the field.

  • Looking good! They are best with coconut flakes like that.
