  • BTW, little newborn kittens or puppies are also called litter.

say "little kitten litter" 10 times

  • I don't disagree about the education. (Technically I can't agree too vehemently since I don't know that much and I don't live there nor do I know anyone in person who lives in U.S. but I hear about the problems all the time and, fingers crossed, all power to you if you can improve it).

My point was just that, as someone who had a love-hate relationship with alcohol that lasted too long and had a bad break-up, I was really excited about this question and then disappointed about the discussion being derailed, and even more disappointed that OP is contributing to that derailment.

And I guess I overreacted a bit, sorry.

None of that was meant to invalidate your concerns about U.S. centrism and education issues, it's just a different topic, that's all.

  • I don't use pepper but I use Himalayan crystal salt so your point stands, there could be decent amount of dead Buddhist monks there.

(I guess I'll have to be checking from now on.)

  • my pepper grinder is clear as well, but point stands, i don't ever look there.

  • is your point to have the grinder so small that you can basically observe every individual seed in it to check if it's not a beetle?

  • Death Boom sounds cool but the opposite would be "Birth Boom".

I think it should be "Corpse Boom".

  • LOL.

But to be fair, OP did not specify whether it's Cyties Skylines or not.

  • "WLBR"

..just rolllrrrs .. lorrrs .. rolls off the tongue!

  • OT but

    radiate his body

...is that what the radiator in my room is for?

  • post ruined

scratch that, I just discovered there's this wheel on my mouse that make bad comment go up up up and away

  • TBH: Interesting question, post ruined by this "US-centric or not" BS. (Rest assured that as European, I don't give a f about your insecurities with your education, at least not in unrelated posts. I'd bet most Europeans would not be able to point to most U.S. on the map, maybe Texas, California, Florida (wink) or NY but that's about it. Even I know barely half of them, and that's because I'm a terminally online look-up-everything-on-wikipedia nerd.)

I was just curious about what would people say about ad regulations. I would have no problem with question being US-centric or any-other-country-centric.

  • that's not the center, though. this is the center:

(and it kind of looks like a newt)

  • i'm no expert in global politics so take this with a grain of salt but i would not say trusting US was a "mistake". there are tons(*) of trustworthy Americans out there. and every alliance always comes with some amount of risk but it's just how we humans work.

(* - yes I mean tons, plural, I'm pretty sure it's at least few tons :D)

  • Let's not forget that there are people who love simplifying regulations. (And they even have significant influence nowadays in the EU. 😞 )

  • none but

Like knocking a napkin off the table that someone then slips on.

    Don't give them ideas!

  • LOL, Anthropic does rhyme with Titanic. cOiNcIdEnCe?

  • did you say

    1. grandma smashed an overhead at her sister,
    2. she forgot (alzheimer?)
    3. she yelled "get fucked"
    4. ???
    5. now your parents are dead inside your house?

    i'm sorry to hear that.

but how did they die? and what about your aunt?

  • idgaf about superhero movies normally but imho the next Joker should be orange
