  • but at what cost

  • Didn’t Andrew do some shady groomer shit or something?

  • I love this place not just for its awesome people and good politics, but also because it isn’t designed by tech bros trying to shove ads down our throats or increasingly taking away basic features to sell them back at a premium tier. We get to loiter here and exist for free.

  • Aww I enjoyed the movie. Yes it was telegraphing its morals so hard it came off like a kid movie at times and some of the internal logic is incredibly silly, but they got a bunch of dumb American meat heads to watch a movie where America was unequivocally the bad guy and they showed what these horrifying conflicts look like from the perspective of regular people just trying to survive

  • Thanks to neoliberal regulatory capture this stoppage probably just means VIS gets to send some of their staff home and keep all of the FEMA money.

  • Congratulations Shinji dot gif

  • Almost certainly those people logged into linkdn, it witlessly told them Ryan had a new position and had a button you press to “congratulate him” and they all pushed it without even reading what the position was. It’s perfect.

  • Sean from Mega64?!

  • I've seen the video. 10k in damage to the frame is absurd. If someone simply cleaned the soup within an hour or two of them throwing soup on it then it was as good as new. If they left it to soak in for 24 hours and damage the wood then that's negligence on the museum's part.

  • Maybe if Gavin Newsom chastises them some more they’ll come to their senses and rehouse themselves.

(I’d like to think a sarcasm tag isn’t necessary but people really do act like they believe something like this)

  • Liberals live in a world of pure aesthetics. They want to harvest all the power and consent an idea or cause can buy them without expensing any of the actual political capital (and regular capital) required to actually achieve the cause.

Terms like virtue signaling and concern trolling describe liberals perfectly. It’s just that chuds would have you throw out the virtue with the bath water.

  • lol I almost posted the same comment… he definitely was thinking of gallons but he’s not smart.

  • Ethan is exactly the kind of guy who gets his brain broken by the weaponized misuse of terms like Tankie. Haven’t thought about this dude in like 4 years but this is exactly what I expected.

  • That company is owned by Palmer Luckey, the guy who made the oculus rift and ran nimble America in 2016. Every time you think you’ve heard the last of some awful grifter they show up again somewhere worse.

  • America is so fucking weak. All they’ve got is arm a proxy, wage trade war and fund increasingly ineffective propaganda. You can’t meme your way into revitalized productive forces.

  • It’s a game where you get dropped into a little toy solar system where each planet and celestial body has its own secrets and rules that govern how you interact with it. You progress by learning these things and piecing together a story that kind of makes you feel how small and powerless but still beautiful our time here is.

Small potatoes good news. Shitty Midwest city flips off billionaire sports team owner and prevents a 2 billion theft from taxpayers to ruin their somewhat interesting arts district… for now.
