  • Some reflections and a question: It seems like i know what my goals are for any day. I also spend more time drawing schedules, playing with charts and formatting than on any single thing mentioned in these schedules. And I'm somewhat aware it's procrastination. I did even memorize it and can always state what's next for me. But I don't try stating my goals with Clarity and Certainty, in the moment. What do those even mean :D? How does it feel?

  • Nice when brain agrees with stomach! Ideally I'd mix chicken broth grains with all-in-one cream soup. But normal one pot meals are much more satisfying to eat w/family :D There's easy and tasty pies. My 4yo sis likes cooking pancakes, so am I. Quick syrniki for breakfast. I need to make oatmeal more often.
