  • Jag förstår inte varför man hackar på högskolorna. Å ena sidan stiger inflationen, å andra sidan sjunker anslaget. Efter år av åtstramningspolitik finns det inga enkla sätt att optimera längre. Istället går det mer och mer på substansen, vilket visar sig i uppsägningarna på högskolor över hela landet (exempel: Höskolan i Väst). Högskolor kan inte heller tjäna mer pengar eftersom regeringen sätter gränser för hur många svenska studenter de betalar för; fler studenter ger inte mer pengar. Undantag är betalande utländska studenter.

    Högskolor är inte polisen som knackar på studenternas dörrar om de inte kommer till föreläsningarna, oavsett om de arbetar, är sjuka eller bara har sovit för länge. Det är regeringen som å ena sidan begränsar de statliga bidragen och å andra sidan sätter få praktiska begränsningar för betalande studenter att komma hit och sen arbeta vid sidan. Små, regionala högskolor har inte resurser att själva söka studenter i Asien eller Afrika, utan måste förlita sig på lokala agenter som är insatta i språk och kultur. Om en agentur är pålitlig eller inte vet man ofta först i efterhand.

  • Ja, das stimmt. Aber wenn man das Deutschlandticket als Vergleich nimmt, bei dem ca. 40% der Nutzer die Chipkarte nehmen, würde die Fernabschaltung der Apps immer noch genügend Schaden anrichten. Sollte die hintern dem digitalen Euro liegende IT-Infrastruktur auf US-Wolken basieren, würde eine Abschaltung auch Chipkartennutzer treffen. Ich hoffe die Verantwortlichen planen dementsprechend.
