  • Thanks for the explanation. I see where you're coming from. I found some layouts with an "e" at the thumb online just by searching like RSTHD but I can't say whether they're good or not as I've never tested them myself.

    That link you had is interesting. On the FAQ part of the website I wrote I wanted to push out palm rest later on. I thought a lot more about this since then. The current plan is to do something similar with a 90deg or near 90deg tenting kit. By doing it this way, people can use wrist rests without pushing on the carpal tunnel part of the wrist. Instead, it'd push on the bone part of the wrist (the distal part of the ulna). But it'd require a tenting kit that's sturdy. I need to update the website so it reflects this. But I thought it was cool that you mentioned that.

    Sorry what do you mean by horizontal design vs vertical design? Are you referring to the fact that some keyboards have thumb clusters that are horizontal and requires thumb extension?
