  • This website keeps coming up. They do a great job.

  • Yeah this reflects my current dilemma of putting money into index funds and simultaneously not liking some of the companies in the funds.

  • I didn't expect that a train would be more efficient than biking. I guess the efficiencies of scale are hard to beat, but still.

I'm tempted to think the minimal biking infrastructure would help bikes, but infrastructure amortises nicely so probably not.

That just leaves the tuna floss... Which I don't have a lot of experience with but could probably be added to the eggs.

  • Fish floss, also known as fish flakes or dried fish, is a type of preserved fish product that has been gaining popularity worldwide. The manufacturing process of fish floss involves several steps, starting with the selection of fresh fish, which is then cleaned, scaled, and cut into small pieces. The fish pieces are then cooked in a large amount of water or steam to remove excess moisture and break down the proteins. This process helps to soften the fish and prepare it for the next steps.

After cooking, the fish is then mashed or ground into a fine paste, which is then dried using various methods such as sun drying, oven drying, or vacuum drying. The drying process removes excess moisture from the fish paste, making it crispy and fluffy. The resulting fish floss can be seasoned with various ingredients such as salt, sugar, and spices to enhance its flavor. The final product is a crispy, flavorful, and nutritious snack that can be enjoyed on its own or used as an ingredient in various recipes.

  • I would love to hear how collaborating on docs works in nextcloud. Or really of any open source solution that does collaboration well.

They may exist, I'm just ignorant

  • Proton drive's docs are just starting to be good enough that I would recommend them, but they are far from feature parity with google's. Just try to make a PDF of a word doc, copy cells that are used in equations to a different sheet, or create a presentation.

Tuta could be a real contender if they wanted to be.

  • Oh they are kinda fun. Brings some character to the place. I got excited to see the return of the thorn
