  • I said this in another response but try (local area code) + 867-5309 it works on most stores. If it's a national chain especially 212-867-5309 works.

  • Oh I didn't even think of that... That's evil but I kinda like the idea. That said there a notice that there are issues would be nice. Imagine applying for webdev role and on the first page it says "there are several issues with this application, being able to find the errors and correct them is considered a part of the interview process"

  • You know if somebody did this with an encrypted data but only like every 50th frame on a video like that old "smiling man" videos or they "watch Ian sleep" videos then someone saw it and posted it either here or Mastodon or one of the forbidden companies it could generate a new conspiracy.

    Would be great if a bunch of people did like a full deep dive. Getting the raw videos, figuring out the frames to extract, determining the encryption method, find a method to decrypt it, combine all the fragments back together, figure out its in some obscure latex format, write a custom interpreter for that format which hasn't been used since the early 90s...people online thinking it's some state actor or like a command and control module for some bot net.. They finally crack it all and access the raw data and it's just a backup of pornographic slashfic from usenet back in the day.

    Especially if breaking the encryption was like a novel and new approach. Imagine like a talk at defcon "how I found about Harry Potter's sex with Gwen from Spiderman...and broke aes256 in the process"

    OP - I'm not saying this is what you are backing up but the idea of this was so funny to me.

  • If I'm not mistaken again the Olga I was thinking of brought Christians to russia. Her husband was killed. The party in charge bent two birch trees and tied them to the ground. They then tied each of his legs to a tree and then cut the ropes holding the tree down. As the trees snapped back from being bent they tore his body in two.

    She left, raised an army somehow(not sure of details) and returned. She said she would not attack the town if each family gave her 1 pigeon. The town agreed and gave her a pigeon from each family. Her army tied a bag of sulfer and fuse to each pigeon and lit it. They then released the pigeons who flew back to the home they knew, in town... Each pigeon then caught fire and exploded in town.

    The town which killed her husband was basically burned down to the ground in the resulting inferno.

  • So many job applications suck...i tried to fill out one with a required "social media link" but didn't have any place to enter one. It had "LinkedIn url" and the next line was a text box, it had "github url" and the next line was a text box, it had "social media link" and the next line was just a submit button... There was literally no box to enter a social media url. I tried chrome, Firefox and Vivaldi because the job seemed good with good pay but literally impossible to apply to.

    Nevermind I don't know why you need LinkedIn, github, and social media links to evaluate me as an employee but atleast give me a way to enter the data you want.
