  • Pretty sure money is just figures in computers these days anyway.

    Plus I haven’t used cash in over 20 years, and if it gets to the point where I need to due to the collapse of civilisation then I’ve got bigger problems than the internet not working. And money will probably be irrelevant.

  • Sure. Just send off a stamped, addressed envelope then wait for your hard copy to arrive in 4-6 weeks.

    VHS and floppy disc versions are also available in 2-4 weeks.

  • 1888: Bandit's Roost. This alley, known as Bandit’s Roost, at 591⁄2 Mulberry Street, had a reputation for being one of the most dangerous and crime-ridden places in New York.

    I seem to remember something about some of the people in the photo belonging to the Dead Rabbits gang, of which the movie Gangs Of New York featured. Unverified though.
