  • Love what LibreOffice is doing but I'm praying they get a UX designer to do a full pass of the program. I try to use it every few years and just can't. Browsing the settings is a nightmare. The UI is too compact and it's hard to tell where anything is.

  • This looks good, thanks!

  • It's Arabic. The pic is a pun on "Good morning" which is written sabah el-fol. The picture says sabah el-farawla which roughly translates to "Good Strawberring".

  • I played this game back when it was a Flash game like 10 years ago. Nice to see it's finally coming out.

  • Very excited for Cosmic. I wanted to like Gnome but it's a pain in the ass in so many ways, with weird design decisions that constantly ruin the experience. They tell you to use extensions to get basic features like a system tray, but then break extensions every update.

KDE is in a fantastic spot but I'm ready for something new.

  • I played something like 15 hours when EA first released before deciding to put it away

Same here, you're in for a treat. There's a lot that's been improved.

  • They extended security upgrades for one year only. Still, a major win!

  • 85%! I've gotten pretty good at this.

  • A standardized file format isn't comparable to them changing software they own though. They can't "take back" WEBP and it's well-supported by basically everything these days. There's zero risk of a rug pull, so why wouldn't you use it when it's objectively better at compression compared to something like jpeg and gif?

  • Fixed Volt Filament damage multiplier not applying for certain Silk Skills.

I knew I wasn't crazy. Volt Filament worked great on Thread Storm but I could barely feel its effects on my other skills.

Fixed Cogflies and Wisps inappropriately targeting Skullwings.

Great change, this bothered me a lot

Fixed Cogflies incorrectly resetting their HP to full on scene change.

    No...

  • Yeah, you can pogo off almost any spikes in the game. I think the only exception are the red spikes in the ant area.

  • You don't have to but I highly recommend starting with the first, since it's a lot easier and is still an excellent game. The second one sort of assumes you've played the first, so it starts out way harder and doesn't explain its mechanics as much.

  • Proton’s official account said the company was “alerted by a CERT that certain accounts were being misused by hackers in violation of Proton’s Terms of Service,”

Proton’s CEO later announced that the accounts were reinstated, following another post by the company that said the company does “stand with journalists,” but that it “cannot see the content of accounts and therefore cannot always know when anti-abuse measures may inadvertently affect legitimate activism.”

Sounds reasonable to me? It's not a good look but it sounds like they quickly re-instated the closed accounts. The article title is misleading.

  • No, but I'll do those at some point.

  • Moorwing comes back eventually, don't worry about it for now.

  • It's only 100%, the original HK went over due to updates. That said, bestiary progress doesn't count towards percentage luckily. You do not need to kill every enemy to get 100%.

  • Whenever that happens just restart Steam and it will look for updates again.

  • Moorwing filtered a lot of players because if you don't move the flea caravan, it blocks the entrance to Bellhart. That change makes sense imo.

As for Sister Splinter, I'm not sure why they nerfed her. I guess some players got overwhelmed by the spawned enemies in phase 2.
